Obtaining Ajowan Oil is accomplished through the use of the fruits of the Ajwain bush. It has a practically colorless color, but it can occasionally resemble brown in appearance. It has a distinct odor, as well as a warm, sharp taste that is pleasant. This oil, on its own, has a wide range of health advantages and applications, but when blended with sage, parsley, or thyme, the possibilities are even greater and the results even better. Steam distillation is used to extract the oil from the crushed seeds, which results in our Ajowan Oil being produced. Minerals, fiber, moisture, calcium, iron, phosphorus, carotene, thiamine, niacin, and riboflavin are all found in the seeds of this plant. Trachyspermum copticum is the scientific name for this plant.
